Are there any recipes for one serving?
I make one for my husband and I each morning. Our favorite combination is as follows: 1/2C 100% carrot juice, 1/4 c orange juice, 2 Tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt, 2 C kale, 3 strawberries, three large pineapple chunks, 2 thirds of a banana, a dash of cinnamon and a handful of ice in that order. Press the smoothie button and enjoy! So delish and good for you.
Why in most of the receipe there is ice cubes? Can I replace it by water? or do I need to replace it by water? If yes what could be the equivalence

You can always reduce the recipes by half or 2/3rds to give you less. There has to be a certain amount of ingredients for it to blend, though. If you have the Twister jar, smaller amounts will work best with that.
