I used my blender for the Cornbread recipe in the book and added a can of creamed corn and cook it another 10-15 minutes. It was the best. I make green juice daily but like a lot of the comments I do not use fruit mostly greens and veggies. Cucumber, celery, Kale, carrots.
Why paper cup cake holders and not he original lid?
My banana, spinach and berries were frozen. I halved the ice but still had to add more liquid. Probably could’ve skipped the ice entirely. When my bananas get very ripe I peel and half them, then flash freeze laid out on a plate and toss them in a gallon bag. My spinach for smoothies I get in a huge bag at Costco and toss it straight in the freezer!
This was perfect the way it is. A great breakfast smoothie. Thank you!
What could we diabetics replace the honey with (since that’s a major source of the sugar contents)
