Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 orange peeled and halved
  • 3 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 40-50 seconds.

    The book is literally how to reset through smoothie, not juicing, meal replacements.

    It has all the smoothies, ingredients and measurements.

    I have zero to do with it. I just use it, which is why I bought a Blendtec.

    Hi, Your recipes do not say how many they serve. The ingredients here seem rather a lot for just 89 calories ???
