Do you have the article that you read about not having your smoothies as left overs; or if not, can you share why we are not to have them as leftovers? I have leftovers all the time and drink them the next day.
The pamphlet states liquids go on the bottom first but this recipe shows it to put in last. This is the first drink I am preparing, just got the Blendtec. Just was a bit confused. Please clarify.
Hi Caramia. Thanks for letting us know about the mix up in that recipe. We’ve made the change, and your liquids should go in first to allow for the best blend.
the veggies/fruits loose the potency of the vitamins/minerals as it is raw food, so drink within 10-15 minutes of making
Dr.Oz changed his mind about Agave!! He said it’s not as good we were told to believe.so I’m not using it!! And anyways,Why would we even have to add any kind of sweetener,if our goal is to eat healthy and the fruits have enough natural sweetness in them!!?
