- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Eating sugar is not how U get diabetes. It has to do with your pancreas failing. Also don’t use any sweeteners at all the fruits in this smoothie is already sweet.

My spouse and 2 sons did not like it at all, so i added yogurt to it and i freeze it. Popsicle will be better with that

What with pineapple chunks, a banana, and even the carrots, why do you need the agave nectar. Is this a child’s drink? Thumbs down.
