  • 2 cups cantaloupe diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 carrots halved
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

    Raw honey is the best sweetener, it is not the same as sugar or nectars etc, it is in its natural state like anything whole. It is the ultimate sweetener-nothing can touch it from the health side.

    Raw honey is not the same-do some research. It is the healthiest of any sweeteners. It is a whole food. It has to be RAW though, if it doesn’t say RAW, the benefits will be less.

    haha, yeah, "raw". Eat the "whole hive" and it’s a "whole food". Then you’ll get a bunch of fiber and bee protein too. Eat just honey, though, and all you’re getting is fructose, glucose and water. No number of useless buzz words will change that.

    I would replace the agave nectar with coconut nectar (if needed at all), it has a low glycemic value.
