Cantaloupe-Veggie Smoothie Recipe
This cantaloupe smoothie is a great way to enjoy fresh summer produce. One serving of this smoothie contains 130% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin A and 83% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

- 2 cups cantaloupe diced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 2 carrots halved
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)
- Serving Size: 8 fl. oz.

- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

The taste is good. The ingredients mask the carrots. I used 1 banana instead & 2 tbsp of Agave nectar. I will make again

Loved this recipe. It is great the way it is written. Today I added some spinach and basil to change up the flavor a bit and loved it this way too. It is a nice change from my usual green smoothie.
