do you have to change the ingredients for the wild side jar?

can you use fresh or canned pineapple- does it have to be frozen?

  • Blendtec

Using fresh or canned pineapple in this recipe will not result in a frozen treat, but a smooth, cool milk-shake. The frozen pineapple helps to freeze the remaining ingredients to give the sherbet texture.

I have the same question as tmario below… can this be done in the Wildside jar? We just bought the blender today and didn’t know you needed special jars for different recipes.

Frozen pineapple works well .I just buy it at the grocery store and it’s cheaper that way .It is frozen fresh. One of my favourite recipes.yum
