I make this one but substitute 1/2 cup plain full cream Greek yogurt and add 1 tbsp flax seed. This is a very delicious smoothie.

I substituted in fat free plain yogurt instead of regular vanilla
and pomegranite juice instead of apple and found this delicious and a little less sweet, which I prefer – cuts down the sugar grams.

I make this all the time!

  • Blendtec

Yes, you can! You may want to add a few ice cubes, though – it depends on your personal preference :)
