  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.

    I used:
    1 1/4 c. lemonade water kefir
    1 banana
    1 1/2 c. strawberries, frozen
    3/4 c. blackberries, frozen
    1/4 c. cranberries, frozen
    1 c. spinach
    1 Tbls. flax

    It was super yummy!!! :)

  • I make this one but substitute 1/2 cup plain full cream Greek yogurt and add 1 tbsp flax seed. This is a very delicious smoothie.

  • Be sure to use Maine Wild Blueberries for this recipe. You can buy Wyman’s Maine Wild Blueberries in most areas in the freezer section. Really makes this drink truly "wild."

  • I wanted some fruit without a milk, even almond milk so I used this recipe, used a whole apple instead of the apple juice, 1/2 c blueberries, 1 c strawberries, and 1 cup water and 1 banana (plus another to eat while I’m making it)…I am pleased with the results

  • Sounds good, but look at the Sugar content 36 g. Way too much sugar and too many carbs. That’s a day’s worth in one glass. I will try this one with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The berries should supply all the sweet needed. If not, then maybe a teaspoon of honey, about 5-6 g or sugar.
