I made this. It is delicious. The only problem I have is we are only two my husband and I so we don’t finish it. I put it in the freezer and 2 days later it is as hard as a rock. I take it out and let it thaw. It is still good but if we want it right away we have to wait a couple hours. Solution please……
You can add the ice cream and a little milk to the Blendtec and blend it again until smooth. This may require stopping and scraping the jar, but it will be a lot faster than several hours. :)
Is there any way to make this without the sweetened condensed milk? Trying to stay away from processed sugars, so I would rather sweeten it with honey if possible.
You can try coconut milk or coconut cream, but it won’t be as sweet.
Can you substitute almond milk cubes for the whole milk?
