  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 orange peeled
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Run "Soup" or "Hot" or "90" cycle twice or blending on a High speed for 180 seconds.

    Can you tell me how you changed the recipe to incorporate the doTERRA essential oils? I was thinking the same thing as I was reading this recipe, but not sure how to change it to incorporate the oils.

    True, Michael, but not all foods are equal. I worked in GI physiology research, and did those experiments with the gastric mucosa. I was not reading the anti-science propagandizing news; in fact, I’ve never read those publications. I’ve worked in science for 40 years.
