I’ll cut the oil in half.
Keep the fat eliminate the sugar. Just saying.
Instead of cutting the oil out , which is satisfying and keeps one’s appetite in check, omit the sugar and use natural Stevia ! It is the carbs that are the culprit !
Ever since the USA introduced low fat , our nation has become over weight !
It is so obvious, just watch an old movie , one will see very few fat people !
You have it backwards: every bit of clinical and epidemiological data shows conclusively that fat alone is responsible for the primary care issues such as heart disease and diabetes.
Table sugar is implicated in other human diseases and conditions, but for other reasons.
Unrefined starch based/plant based diets are proven clinically to promote optimal human health.
Yes, fat is satisfying. And in the quantities used by the average western diet consumer, it has been proven harmful to human health, most notably, diabetes and heart disease.
Table sugar is implicated in other human diseases and conditions, but for other reasons.
That’s a fact, not an opinion, supported by all clinical and epidemiological data.
That same data shows conclusively that unrefined starch based/plant based diets are proven clinically to promote optimal human health.
