- 1/2 cup water
- 2 clementines peeled
- 1 banana
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp. flaxseeds

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds and serve.
Spinach and kale can be frozen in a zip-top bag or a container with a lid. The frozen veggies will last for up to 2 months in the freezer.

I generally add a little apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to prevent the oxilates in spinach and kale from contributing towards kidney stones…..it doesn’t really impact the flavor…….always delicious!!!
