What is tahini, where is it found in store

Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. If you can’t find it in a store near you, you can make it yourself by roasting 2 1/2 cups of sesame seeds and blending them with 3/4 cup olive oil. This post gives great information on where to look for it in the store: http://gourmet.lovetoknow.c…

Make sure to peel the cucumber, no GMO corn wax to change your bowel flora into a pesticide factory that way. It is better to use organic cane sugar than agave, but any of your favorite healthy sugar or sugar substitute like organic stevia would do fine.
