I would like to understand better if I’m now getting the 5 fruits/veggies requirement each day. for instance, how much kale is one serving, and one clementine can’t be the same as one orange for a fruit? Can you share a link for this information?

    Check out today’s protein smoothies post. These recipes don’t use anything like pineapple flavored protein powder, but it’s not just unflavored protein powders.
