What can be used in place of the almond pulp to account for nut allergies?

I recommend the flaxseeds for your needed Omega 3’s! More on NutritionFacts.org

To keep it vegan you could do chia seeds (1-2 tbsp), or flax seeds (1-2 tbsp).

For non-vegan, yogurt can be substituted (1/2 c)

If we use frozen "berries" can we just skip the ice and put a few more drops of water?? ;)

guess I can use the almond pulp that is left over from making almond milk
    Instead of disposing it.
