  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 apple cored and halved
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond pulp

  • To keep it vegan you could do chia seeds (1-2 tbsp), or flax seeds (1-2 tbsp).

    For non-vegan, yogurt can be substituted (1/2 c)

  • Almond pulp is the by-product from making nut milk. Check out our Almond Milk recipe here: http://www.blendtec.com/rec… In one of the steps, you strain the milk and what is leftover is almond pulp.
