I found it kind of bland. So for the left-overs I added a bit of pumpkin pie spice and really enjoyed it.
I just got my blendtec and was expecting to be able to make raw soup! All the recipe ive seen so far are ones I already make with a simple immersion blender
Although I put too much black pepper in it, this was really good. It was hot the first time around, but then again, I did put the sweet potato in the blender when it was piping hot. And, I added cinnamon to it. Yum!
I ordered the Blendtec around Thanksgiving and started to use this machine after new year. Several times I tried to make hot soups; ran the soup cycle twice, soup didn’t even get warm; very frustrated. I love hot soups year round. Am thinking about returning this machine.
made this one on Tuesday for dinner! Very good. Even better the following day! If the soup is not warm enough for me, I just put it in the microvave.
