We love love love this recipe. My daughter and I are HUGE fans of Pumpkin Spice Lattes or smoothies…even coffee creamers so to be able to make this at home in our Blendtec is the bomb!!! It takes just 3 soup cycles for it to come up to the temp we prefer and than it’s enjoyment time. The only things we do differently is to add 1/2tsp. vanilla, increase the amount of spice to 1tsp & to up the amount of canned pumpkin to 1/2c.

Could I use almond milk in place of the low-fat milk? Almond milk doesn’t seem to take to the heat very well when cooking.

If your blender doesn’t have a Hot Soup cycle, blend on High (speed 9) for 90-180 seconds, blending longer if you want it hotter.

I have an older blendtec without the soup option, whats a good estimate for how long to blend it for?
