  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 orange peeled
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

    Is there a substitute for yogurt. I cannot have dairy.

    You can use a frozen banana OR a non-dairy milk of your choice (like almond milk) and about 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract.

    We haven’t tested it but you can substitute the yogurt with frozen banana or a non-dairy milk and about 1/8 tsp of vanilla.

    Only the baby liked this. Everyone else thought it was gross. The fruitiness mixed with the pumpkin pie spice just didn’t work in my opinion.
