Instructions
FourSide or WildSide+ Jar
- Add peanuts and salt to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Blend on Low speed for 15 seconds, then increase speed to High and blend until 50 seconds.
- Using a spatula or Spoonula, move peanuts towards center of jar, add oil and secure lid. Blend on medium to medium-low speed for 50 seconds, then blend on medium to medium-high speed for 50 seconds.
Note: You can also make peanut butter without the added oil. Instead of adding the oil after the second cycle, simply blend the peanut butter for an additional 50 seconds on Low speed. Then, continue blending for two additional cycles as directed above.
Twister Jar
- Reduce ingredients by ½.
- Add peanuts and salt to Twister Jar. Blend on a medium to medium-high speed for 50 seconds or until desired texture is reached. Turn lid counterclockwise while blending.
Hi sound delicious hope I will make it right
I’ve made the Twister version – no oil (good), 1/8 tsp salt, 1C peanuts, and I added a T of coconut sugar – you can make it crunchy or creamy, depending on how long you blend it. It’s delicious. We don’t buy peanut butter at the store anymore.
Yes, we included instructions for all 3 possible jar options.
This recipe doesn’t call for any of the preprogrammed cycles, directions are the same for all of our blender models.
You don’t have to use the oil with the Twister jar. Roasted are best but you can use plain peanuts, just know it may be a little more work.
