Notes
For more peanut butter flavor, increase the amount of peanut butter to 1½ tablespoons. For a raspberry twist, substitute the strawberry preserves for raspberry preserves and the 3 strawberries for ⅓ cup of fresh raspberries.
I double the recipe, and make substitutions — coconut milk, and raspberry preserves and frozen raspberries. It’s our favorite!
I just made this and I used one and a half tablespoons of extra crunchy peanut butter and strawberry preserves one cup of unsweetened almond milk half of a fresh banana and about a third of a cup of crushed ice. I ran it through the smoothie cycle and the peanuts were crushed perfectly and I have a nice thick smoothie a little sweet but it’s very tasty!
I love my blendtec, it’s the best blender I have ever owned.
Is there a way for you to set up an "easy print" on the recipe page? I have the recipe book that was included with the blender, but would like to print both the recipe and nutritional information so it fits in my recipe book. Thanks!
