Do you love peanut butter and jam sandwiches? Do you love smoothies? If so, you may think this combo is the best thing to happen to the traditional PB&J.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.

Notes

For more peanut butter flavor, increase the amount of peanut butter to 1½ tablespoons. For a raspberry twist, substitute the strawberry preserves for raspberry preserves and the 3 strawberries for ⅓ cup of fresh raspberries.

    Reduce the calories with dried peanut butter and use 2 Tbsp instead of one.

    I love this one, but I use frozen strawberries and add greek yogurt.

    Omg you all r just too u no what…all I did was put a banana and 1/4 cup hemp milk in the jar and a TBS of PB with yogurt and I had a great smoothly. Just go wild is my point. No exact recipes r needed. Just pretend and be creative. All is good. Love my blendtec. It’s all good here in MX. B CREATIVE.
