  • 2cups spinach
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen peach slices

    1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select "Ice Crush" or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low for 30-40 seconds.

    • Some recipes are blended better in one jar vs another, however, they can all be done in the WildSide jar. Some recipes may require the ingredient measurements to be increased in order to blend in the WildSide jar, though.
