Melon-Berry Sipper Recipe

This beverage is simple to blend up during the heat of the summer and it's also an excellent source of fiber.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups seeded watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Run on "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Notes

For a thinner drink, replace frozen berries with fresh berries; chill berries and watermelon before blending.

    I was skeptical about the watermelon but this was very refreshing. No raspberries so doubled up on frozen strawberries and used lime rather than lemon. Just seemed like the right combo and it worked
