Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 mangoes pitted and peeled (approximately 2 c)
- 1 avocado pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. coconut flakes

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium to Medium-High speed for 40 seconds.
Notes
To make this recipe in the WildSide+ jar, double the ingredient amounts.
I loved this smoothie but changed it a bit.
I used homemade cashew milk instead of almond milk, I used hemp seeds instead of chia, I used Local raw honey instead of agave, and finally I used frozen fresh mangos and frozen fresh pineapple with no ice which makes it less diluted.
Also the addition of a small amount of vanilla bean and fresh spinach or kale is wonderful.
YEAH yogurt rules!
Yeah I never make smoothies with ice cubes. Totally not cool.
Haven’t tried it but I saw it demonstrated on a YouTube video with a different blender but I’m sure it will work just as well with a Blendtech.
The guy who sold us our blender said you can put the avocado pit in the blender! Anyone else try this?
