  • 2 chunks red onion approximately ¼ c
  • 4 limes peeled and halved
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

    Can you substitute coconut oil instead of canola oil?

    Yes, if it is melted, you can. It may make it a little thicker, however.
