- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chunks red onion approximately ¼ c
- 4 limes peeled and halved
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Yes, if it is melted, you can. It may make it a little thicker, however.

Yes, it will! And this is great as a salad dressing or marinade. Happy blending!
Would olive oil work ok? I’m thinking of making this a salad dressing (as well as a marinade)
Why isn’t some of the lime zest added in? Seems like a whole lot of flavour is being thrown out rather than incorporated into the marinade!

It will last up to one week in the refrigerator.
You can certainly add lime zest in if you’d like.
