Nuts.com sells dried vegetables & nutritional yeast & all kinds of delicious nuts and grains….it’s my favorite website for healthy delights!
A must make as it so convenient to have if you use, and make a lot of soups. A little goes a long ways ;)
You could try a store bought mix of dried beans, lentils, peas, tomatoes, etc., or just make your own dried veggies in a dehydrator.
What is a FourSide jar? What does "Speed up mean? And "full cycle?"
Yes, I have dried various vegetables at low temps until perfectly dry, then just blended them up in my Blendtec, add spices, herbs and voila! Quick ‘instant’ soup bases or flavoring for noodles or cream cheese spreads.
