Hemp Milk Recipe

hemp milk recipe
With a rich and nutty flavor similar to that of sunflower seeds, hemp seeds provide an appropriate 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. Hemp also contains all the essential amino acids, which are a vital component of a healthy diet because our bodies don't make these amino acids.

I just made it with whole hemp seeds and then used a strainer and a cheese cloth.
