We have the classic 570 ..it does not have a "whole juice" button Finding most of the recouped refer to buttons we don’t have!
Some of the recipes were created specifically for the Total Blender Classic Series so they do have buttons that are not on all of the blenders. We’re working on updating them. If your blender does not have a Whole Juice
cycle, blend on Medium High (speed 6 or 7) for 50-60 seconds.
Agreed! Just a suggestion… add the 2c water first, then add enough roughly chopped carrots to bring the water up to the 4c level. Also, if 1 medium carrot has about 25 calories, and this recipe is 15 cals per serving, then it works out to about 4 medium carrots – or as shown in the picture, 3 large. Hope this is helpful. I believe Blendtec is working on revamping their whole recipe site… I’m sure it’s a big job!
I don’t think the nutritional information is correct. I used my fitness pal, accounting for the serving size. I would get 34 calorie per serving, 3.6 g carb, 1 g fiber and 0.3 protein. Mostly its just the calories that’s off, but still a very low calorie drink
I am very new to using a Blendtec and just tried this recipe. I am getting too much pulp (tastes like sand). I have had the same issue attempting to make green smoothies. How do I achieve a smooth consistency?
