Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 3 medium carrots trimmed, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. 
  2. Blend on "Whole Juice" cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Note: Garnish with shredded coconut and/or nutmeg (optional).

    We use coconut yogurt, it is non-dairy. We use either almond or cashew milk in substitution for any of the "milk", and the smoothies taste just as good. We even omit the banana because it just seems too sweet to add it, or sometimes bananas are over powering.
