Blue Spirulina Smoothie Bowl Recipe
What is Blue Spirulina?
Blue spirulina, unlike its deep green counterpart, is an extract derived from blue-green algae. It's devoid of the fishy flavor often associated with green spirulina, making it a hit for smoothie bowls. Apart from being a visual treat, blue spirulina is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It's known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is an excellent source of plant-based protein.
