With so many uses this recipe will not be wasted. The sweet-herb flavor works well as a spread or even a chutney or over a soft cheese eaten with crackers.

- 3 cups blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 pkg. powdered pectin

Instructions
- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Batters" or blend on Medium Low (speed 3 or 4) for 30 seconds.
- Good for up to three weeks, when stored in the fridge.
Note: Yields 28 oz.
Let the jam set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
How much pectin should I use if I buy my pectin in bulk?
You will need about 1.75 oz or 3½ tablespoons.
It is acidic, seems like you could safely can it in a water bath. Don’t know how the heat would affect the consistency.
