Instructions
- Add ingredients to Twister jar in order listed and place Twister lid on jar. Hold Twister lid, and with other hand select "Speed 1" and blend for 5-10 seconds, or until desired texture is reached. Turn Twister lid counter-clockwise during blending.
- To make in FourSide or WildSide+ jar, double the ingredients and stop blending to scrape the sides of the jar back down to the blade.
Made this today. Soooooo good! I accidentally put in a 1/2 tsp of cayenne and paprika. I liked the extra spice :)
This doesn’t really work in the standard jars "unless" you double the recipe. There is otherwise not enough volume for the blades to work on… I ended up having to transfer the contents to my little cuisinart to get the job done.
On the plus side it is a Great recipe.. especially with a few shreds of roasted red pepper added
You don’t cook the beans but canned beans are already cooked. If you buy dry beans a soak + cook them yourself it’s much cheaper and healthier (than using the preservatives from the canned beans).
Where have all the comments that were here before gone.
will this work in the mini twister jar?
