A very berry blend of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries that is perfectly sweet and rich in antioxidants. Bite for bite, berries offer a higher concentration of antioxidants than most other foods.

  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds and then on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.

    Always add ice as a last ingredient.

    You can add ice. It’ll probably need about 1 1/2 cups but you can start with less and add more until you get the consistency you’re looking for. Happy blending!

    If I have a lot of powdered ingredients I often put half in before the ice and half after the ice. It keeps is liquid enough to work through the ice before the powder thickens it.
