  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds and then on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.

    I didn’t have raspberries but I had some cherries. I pitted them and added them to the blender along with some ice because my blueberries were fresh. So Yummy!
