Yes, you can freeze the watermelon. Cube it and place the cubes on a baking sheet to freeze then transfer them to a freezer bag. If you just throw the fresh fruit in a bag and freeze it, you’ll end up with one huge frozen clump of water melon.

Granny Smith apples, fresh lemon, water makes a perfect lemonade but you must play with portions for your liking. Try something like 2C water, 1-2 apples & 1/4 lemon. Usually the apples are sweetness but feel free to add an additional sweetener of your choice if it’s not sweet enough :)

In an 8 oz glass:
2-3 T. lemon juice.
Fill glass with water leaving enough space at top so you can add sugar or sweetener and ice.
Sweeten to taste.
