CARAMEL FRAPPE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups double-strength coffee frozen into ice cubes
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup caramel syrup
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour 2 cups of chilled, strong brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid*.
  2. Once coffee is frozen, add milk, agave nectar, caramel syrup, and coffee ice cubes to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid. Select "Ice Crush" or blend on a medium speed for 30 seconds and serve.

*TIP: Make extra coffee cubes and keep them on hand stored in the freezer in a zip-top bag.

VARIATIONS

MOCHA: Use chocolate syrup instead of caramel syrup
NUTELLA: Use Nutella instead of caramel syrup
PUMPKIN SPICE: Use Pumpkin Puree instead of caramel syrup + 1 tsp pumpkin spice
PEPPERMINT MOCHA: Add ½-1 tsp peppermint extract (to taste) & use chocolate syrup instead of caramel syrup
CHOCOLATE CHIP: Add ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips & use chocolate syrup instead of caramel syrup
