  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach loosely-packed
  • 1/2 cup kale loosely-packed
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp. flax meal
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. unflavored fiber supplement

  1. Place all ingredients in FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

Note: If smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of water or some additional rice milk and blend on Medium for about 10 seconds.
