  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp. spirulina powder
  • 1/2 tsp. bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp. unrefined, organic coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. brazil nuts
  • 2 cups greens (chard, spinach and/or kale)
  • 1 tbsp. golden flaxseeds

  • When I figured it out, I came up with 322 calories..4 cal per g of carb , protein and fiber. 9 cal per g of fat.
