Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, and cook until onion is tender and translucent.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to pan, and stir well to incorporate. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and then add mixture to FourSide, Mini WildSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
  5. Blend on "Sauces" cycle or a Medium speed for 30 seconds.
