I’m in Ontario Canada. Where does one find tomatillo?
I just made this to have with some fish tacos. The sauce was very easy to whip up and the flavor was fantastic. Just a bit of heat, and lots of complexity. It makes a lot, so we’ll be enjoying it on salad and chicken this week too.
This is amazing! So creamy and delicious. This will be a staple in my house.
Just did a quick google search and it seems that some people have had success at Perola’s, hopefully there’s one near you!
