  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds and then a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.

    I’ve made this one a lot and always thought it was a little too sweet. I started using 1/2 cup of cashew or almond milk and only 1 cup of orange juice and that helped a lot. Not as sweet and just a little creamy. I also add a chunk of peeled ginger.
