Sriracha Mayo Recipe
Sriracha mayo is a simple, yet delicious condiment that can be used in a variety of dishes. It's made by combining mayonnaise with Sriracha, a popular hot sauce made from chili peppers, garlic, sugar, and vinegar. This recipe is quick and easy to make, and only requires a few ingredients. It can also be customized to your taste.
Homemade Vegan Sriracha Mayo
To make vegan sriracha mayo, you can always buy store-bought Vegenaise, but there are a few different ways to make vegan mayo from scratch. One popular method is to use aquafaba, the liquid from a can of chickpeas, as a replacement for eggs. You can also use other plant-based ingredients like soaked cashews, silken tofu, and soy milk to make vegan mayo, but the aquafaba method is probably the easiest one.

You can definitely omit the sweetened condensed milk. We haven’t tried it with coconut cream but if you try it, let us know how it turns out! Coconut milk might be a good substitute as well. :)
Can you recommend any other substitute for Mayonnaise
Jay your comment confirms the issue.
The mayo is not the problem it’s the condensed milk with the sugar that is more of an issue.
Instead of mayo, you could add egg, olive oil, vinegar and salt, and substitute a ‘real food’ version of the sweetened condensed milk, like here, http://www.kitchenstewardsh… and reduce the sugar if desired. I don’t think a coconut oil/ coconut cream combo would be bad for this recipe either. Looks good to me!
