This is an INCREDIBLE applesauce. Wonderful to have on hand and works slick in the Zucchini Brownie recipe!! Enjoy
I agree. I absolutely hate bananas and every recipe seems to call for one. Substitution please.

Texture. The same reason they say to add it to the "Popeye’s ice cream" recipe in your cookbook. But i just use avocado instead for that. Like 1/8th of a ripe avocado gives the same effect.
OMGoodness, so delicious and soooo easy — and so alive and healthy. Why do we ever buy processed applesauce????
