  • My favorite smoothie of all time – I make one almost every day! My only change was using French Vanilla low-fat yogurt. Absolutely delicious!

  • I made this today with my leftover pumpkin puree from the Pumpkin- Banana muffins I made yesterday. Instead of yogurt I substituted almond milk and added 1 T of maple syrup. It was very tasty
