Ingredients
- 1/2 medium banana
- 2 tbsp. agave (or honey or maple syrup)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 fl. oz. water
- 1 medium orange peeled & halved
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. agave (or honey or maple syrup)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 8 fl. oz. light coconut milk (canned)

Instructions
- To make the Pina Colada portion of the smoothie, add coconut milk, banana, agave, salt & pineapple to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.
- Pour into glasses until half-way full.
- To make the Strawberry Daiquiri portion of the smoothie, add water, orange, lime juice, agave & strawberries to jar in order listed and secure lid. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50 seconds.
- Gently pour on top of Pina Colada to fill glass and enjoy!
So when are you supposed to add the rum?
You can add it with everything else!
This sounds really good. I’m going to print up this recipe and make it when it gets hotter out. And I like that it does not have any booze in it, since I do not drink.
