Blendtec Mayonnaise dressing recipe
This creamy dressing is great on its own or as a base for your favorite seasonings.

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt

  1. Add egg yolk to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl. Beat egg until it begins to thicken, and then stir in flour.
  2. Add a drop or two of oil and beat it in, and then add a drop or two more of oil and beat it in. Repeat this process three more times.
  3. When mixture becomes thick, add lemon juice and then begin beating in oil again until all oil is added. Beat in salt.
  4. This dressing will keep for 2 weeks or more if kept in a cool place.

Note: If the oil doesn't unite with the egg, it will be necessary to begin over again. Clean the mixing bowl, add an egg yolk, and beat in the oil-and-egg mixture that failed to unite, drop by drop.
