Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.
  2. Select "Smoothie" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 10 seconds, then a Medium High speed for 30 seconds.

Notes

For a stronger mango flavor, substitute mango nectar for orange juice.

    It’s naturally-occuring sugar, not the bleached white refined junk. There is a difference.
