Ingredients

Green Layer
  • 1 cup watermelon rind peeled
  • 1 cup green grapes frozen
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Red Layer
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions

GREEN LAYER
  1. Add all ingredients except chia seeds to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on “Smoothie” cycle or on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
  3. Stir in chia seeds.
  4. Pour into two glasses.
RED LAYER
  1. Add all ingredients to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on “Smoothie” cycle or on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.
  3. Carefully pour on top of green layer and serve!

    My grandma always told me – "don’t eat the rind, it’ll make your belly hurt". Won’t it?
